Spring sunshine, spring rain (well the smell), and the produce! New dishes tonight on the A la carte – one I am having for my dinner is the Warm Asparagus, Corn Fed Chicken Leg, Parmesan Foam or maybe the new Roast Guinea Fowl, Fresh Peas, Seasonal Wild Mushrooms, Wild Garlic, Foie Gras.
Also the new seasonal lunch menu starts tomorrow. We shall be carrying on with our popular Lunch for Less offer. I hope to see you soon but don’t forget Gavin is preparing The Spring Tasting Menu for the May 13th. Book soon as we will fill up quickly.
